Project Highlights
Herold Engineering worked with long standing partner DYS architecture on this project. The 20-unit assisted living facility has been constructed to BC Energy Step Code step 3 with self-adhered air and moisture barrier and continuous exterior insulation which resulted in substantial reduction of heating energy consumption and superior occupant comfort. The establishment expanded the care capacity of a remote community on the west coast of Vancouver Island.
