Inn at Laurel Point

Project Highlights

In 2018, Herold Engineering Limited and Murdoch de Greeff were retained by the Inn at Laurel Point to provide consulting services for geothermal heating and cooling pipe reinstatement and reflecting pool construction. Transport Canada, current owner of the Laurel Point Park, conducted site remediation services on the former paint factory site, resulting in the removal of the Inn’s geothermal pipes and existing pond and landscaping features. This project resulted in the coordination of multiple governing authorities, consultants and contractors and we look forward to seeing the finished result of the new park, reflecting pool and heating and cooling system for the Inn in the near future.
