Building Enclosure Engineering Services for this local Multi Residential Project on Townsite Road consisted of the design and construction of two (2) mixed-use condominiums located in Nanaimo, BC. Exterior finishes included a combination of Fibre Cement, Vinyl, Cultured Stone, and Metal cladding with PVC balcony membranes and vinyl windows.
