We provide many stormwater management design solutions, hydraulic modelling, analysis, condition assessments, reporting, and construction services from small sites to large projects. We are familiar with jurisdictional requirements for discharge quantity. Quality and designs are tailored to suit.

We offer land development projects services including residential, commercial, institutional, recreational and industrial; acting in both project management/prime consultant and sub-consultant roles, from concept to completion. Services include: Coordination with project team and Municipalities, Feasibility and Concept Design, Access and Roadways, Frontage Upgrades, Site and Parking Lot Grading, Stormwater Management, Gravity and Pressure Sanitary Servicing, Utility Coordination, Water Supply and Fire Flow Analysis, Sight Distance Analysis, Tendering and Contract Administration.

We have extensive experience designing and analyzing water distribution system by using hydraulic modelling software. We have experience using existing models and in building new models to ensure requirements for water supply, storage, pressure and pipe velocity are met. We are also familiar in using water distribution system models to perform a variety of analyses including: fire flow requirements, water quality studies, water loss studies, new pumping or valve arrangement scenarios, reservoir fill/empty times, master planning and project prioritization.

We offer pre-design, detailed design and contract administration services including: Water Systems, Distribution System Design, flow analysis, PRV Design | Sanitary Systems: gravity, forcemain, low pressure systems, trunk sewer design, pump stations, flow monitoring, depressed sewers | Storm Sewers: roadway culverts, open channel analysis, gravity systems, river and ocean outfalls | Transportation: Local to Arterial roadway design, signalized and roundabout intersections, grading and retaining walls, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, bridge and culvert crossings | Highway Design for bridge replacement projects and safety improvements.

We provide support to contractors and surveyors to provide volume and grading calculations to optimize the use of site materials and confirm quantity removals and installations.
